Anbes Mahari runs Costina Pro together with his wife as a family business in Solingen. He takes the enquiries, comes to the on-site visit and remains your contact throughout the job.
He came to Germany at the end of 2015, learned the language and worked in several companies from 2018. In November 2021 he went self-employed, first with his own shop, today with the cleaning service.
For him, cleaning is about preserving value: floors, windows and sanitary areas last longer when they are looked after regularly and with the right products.

Cleaning your own home counts as a household-related service under section 35a of the German Income Tax Act. 20 percent of the labour costs, up to 4,000 euros a year, are deducted directly from your income tax. Requirement: you pay our invoice by bank transfer, not in cash. Whether and how this applies to you is a question for your tax adviser.

How much does cleaning with Costina Pro cost?
The price depends on area, condition and frequency, so we quote a fixed price after a free on-site visit. You get the quote in writing within 24 hours of the visit, with no hidden travel or material charges.
Which towns does Costina Pro serve?
Costina Pro cleans in Solingen and within roughly 20 kilometres: Wuppertal, Remscheid, Haan, Hilden, Leichlingen, Langenfeld and Burscheid. For larger properties we travel further, just ask.
Do you bring cleaning products and equipment?
Yes, we bring products, cloths, mopping systems and vacuum cleaners. If you prefer specific products, for delicate floors or because of allergies, we use yours.
Who will come to my home?
Anbes Mahari himself or a permanent member of the small team. You know the person by name before the first appointment, and for regular jobs it stays the same person.
How does the key handover work for regular cleaning?
You hand over the key against a receipt, we store it without any address reference and return it when the contract ends. Alternatively you keep it in a key safe on site.
Is there a minimum term for regular cleaning?
No. Regular contracts run monthly and can be cancelled with four weeks' notice. One-off jobs such as deep cleans or post-construction cleaning end with the job.
Do you work in the evening or at weekends?
Yes, for business customers that is the norm: before opening, after hours or on Saturdays. For households we follow your calendar, Saturdays included.
What happens if something gets damaged?
You tell us, and we handle the claim. Costina Pro carries business liability insurance.
