2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, via its European subsidiary Cloudflare Germany GmbH, Rosental 7, 80331 Munich (Cloudflare Pages). When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type and referrer in order to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and fast operation). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; standard contractual clauses and a data processing agreement are in place. Log data is deleted by Cloudflare after a short period.

3. Enquiry form

If you use the form, we process the data you enter (customer type, service, property details, frequency, preferred date, name, email, optionally phone and message) to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). The message is sent as an email to our mailbox via the provider Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Strasse 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany), with whom a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place; processing takes place on servers in the EU. We delete enquiry data no later than six months after the communication ends if no contract is concluded. If a contract is concluded, statutory retention periods apply.

4. Spam protection with Cloudflare Turnstile

To protect the form from automated input we use Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile loads only when you reach the form section and checks technical characteristics of your browser (including IP address, browser data, interaction patterns) to determine whether a person is filling in the form. A technically necessary token may be stored in your browser (section 25(2) no. 2 of the German TDDDG). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (protection against abuse). The provider is Cloudflare, see section 2.

5. Map display with OpenStreetMap

In the service area section we show a map based on OpenStreetMap. Map tiles are loaded from servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation (St John's Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom) as soon as the map area becomes visible. Your IP address is transmitted to these servers. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (display of the service area). An EU adequacy decision exists for the United Kingdom. 6. WhatsApp contact

The WhatsApp link opens the app or web application of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland (Meta). Data is only transmitted once you click the link and use WhatsApp; WhatsApp's privacy policy then applies. Please do not send sensitive data via WhatsApp. The legal basis for the subsequent communication is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

7. Fonts, cookies, analytics

Fonts are served from our own server; no connection to Google Fonts is made. The website sets no cookies for analytics or marketing and uses no audience measurement. There is no tracking, which is why there is no cookie banner.

8. Contact by email or phone

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details to handle the enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Emails are processed via our mailbox provider.
